Shipping Policy

At Canyon Ridge Supply, we are committed to providing clear, reliable shipping for all outdoor structures and storage solutions purchased through our website.

Because many of our products are large, oversized, or shipped via freight carriers, please review the following shipping information carefully before placing your order.


Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping across the continental United States on all eligible orders unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Some remote areas, specialty delivery requirements, Alaska, Hawaii, or certain oversized freight shipments may require additional shipping charges. If additional charges apply, we will contact you before processing your order.


Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

Custom, backordered, or manufacturer-direct products may require additional processing time. If your order requires extended handling time, we will notify you by email.

Orders are not processed on weekends or major holidays.


Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the product type, manufacturer, and delivery location.

Typical delivery windows:

  • Standard outdoor storage products: 5–10 business days

  • Large sheds, pergolas, barns, and gazebos: 7–14 business days

  • Custom or special-order items: delivery times vary and will be communicated individually

Please note that shipping estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or manufacturer availability.


Freight and Curbside Delivery

Many large products are delivered via LTL freight carriers (Less-Than-Truckload shipping).

Freight deliveries are typically curbside delivery only.

This means:

  • The carrier delivers to the nearest accessible curbside location

  • The driver is not responsible for assembly, placement, or installation

  • Customers may need assistance unloading larger shipments

For certain freight deliveries, the carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.

Please ensure your phone number is accurate at checkout.


Assembly Responsibility

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, most sheds, pergolas, gazebos, and outdoor structures require customer assembly after delivery.

Professional installation services are not included unless specifically listed.

Please review individual product descriptions for assembly details.


Inspecting Your Delivery

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Note the damage with the delivery driver before signing

  • Take clear photos of the packaging and product

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Failure to report visible freight damage promptly may affect claim eligibility with the shipping carrier.


Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship within the United States only.

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • Certain remote or restricted delivery zones depending on freight carrier limitations

If your location has delivery restrictions, our team will contact you after purchase.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email when available.

Freight shipments may have separate scheduling and tracking procedures depending on the carrier.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we work closely with our shipping partners to ensure timely delivery, Canyon Ridge Supply is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather events

  • Carrier scheduling delays

  • Manufacturer backorders

  • Freight routing issues

  • Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

We will always work with customers to help resolve shipping concerns as quickly as possible.
